It works! Put a few drops under your tongue and your D levels will improve quickly. Monitor them with bloodwork though so you know you aren't getting too much or too little. Winter is the time of need for me with less sunlight. In the summer it's not really necessary to take unless you just don't ever go outside much in the sun. I take the part inside out and put it to my mouth. Okay. Not perfect I know. It's too bad they got rid of the dropper design. That was much better. But, it still works to do what is needed.
