My Go-To Vitamin C Powder Without Stomach Issues | Ben Greenfield Tip


This vitamin C powder does not cause the gastric distress that too much ascorbic acid can cause because it is formulated to use the PPP (Pentose Phosphate Pathway). I heard about it on an interview with Ben Greenfield and one of his guests. (I typically keep LivOn Labs lypospheric vitamin C on hand at my house, but it is somewhat pricey and HAS to be taken on an empty stomach. It is also a great product and worth every penny.) This product does not have to be taken on an empty stomach, which is a plus in my book, and it is fairly - not totally - tasteless in water. I think you could easily add it to juice or herbal tea or other beverage. I'm so glad I found out about this vitamin C!
