I was already taking the K2 from Innovix and a D3 from another company. The vitamin A was always the difficult one for me to be sure I had enough of. When I saw Innovix was putting all three into one gelcap, I immediately ordered a bottle.
Took it to my chiropractor on my next appointment and she muscle-tested me with it -- all good. I'm a happy camper. Will use up my old individual bottles of K2 and D3 (probably taking them on alternate days) and then it'll be just this one gelcap for me from then on.
