Most multivitamins out there are either huge chalky pills or gummies covered in sugar. I hate both, but I really wanted/needed to start taking a multivitamin. I’m so happy to find these. They are perfect. They taste pretty good & are soft and gummie without the sugar coating. Size wise, they are maybe the size of a dime. You take 2 at a time once a day.
