I trust Doctor's Best brand and this product. It works well for me and I have been taking it for many years. It helps keep my immune system strong. It is vegan, soy free and gluten free.


Recently, I have increased the dosage because I learned from a Doctor that our bodies do not produce vitamin C nor can assimilate large amounts of vitamin C at one time. It was recommended to take it after breakfast, after lunch and after dinner.
