This b complex gave me some serious bloating and it increased my anxiety to an intolerable level. I don't see on other reviews that anxiety was a problem and Ive read intestinal issues are common at the beginning of taking a b complex, but they are temporary (that has been very uncomfortable as well). I'm writing the review so if anyone else experiences these things, they aren't alone and yes, the anxiety was caused by taking this. Maybe I'm sensitive to an ingredient and it's a bad reaction from my body chemistry, but once I stopped taking it, my bloating went down and my brain was at peace again.
