This is a perfectly good supplement, I only gave it less than 5 stars because it doesn't taste very good. I will go back to the gummy version once these are gone because my son can't wait to eat his vitamins when they taste good! (I do realize gummies are never the best and most bio-available form of supplements, however with children, something is better than nothing!)
