I have been working very hard to bring my cholesterol levels. I am 77 and I am starting to take supplements very seriously. I now find myself saying hey Cardiologist, I can’t believe it. So I’m doing all I can to turn this around. I have really gotten into studying what supplements I need. Folic acid, or iron, is necessary. for a healthy heart. So I have added to all the other supplements, I take daily, in hopes that my next blood test will show that I am going in the right direction, and reducing my cholesterol levels. Too soon to tell if adding, this one helps, but I am hopeful. It is small and very easy to take, not like so much at giant ones that are so difficult to swallow. I appreciate that.
